DANNY RYAN, PRESIDENT

Danny Ryan has over 23 years of business development, sales, and management experience. He has been responsible for developing and maintaining successful contracting relationships with major retailers, general contractors and industrial hygiene firms. Mr. Ryan has extensive experience in forming proven relationships with building owners and facilities engineering personnel, problem-solving, and contract negotiation. Mr. Ryan manages all aspects of the business including lead production, estimating, staff management, and overseeing field operations personnel.

THOMAS MOORE, CONSULTING VICE PRESIDENT

T.J. Moore is a 30-year veteran in the specialty contracting business, with expertise in full-scale building demolition, plant decommissioning, and performance of major contracts. He has overseen commercial, government and industrial projects nationwide. His expertise is based upon his hands-on training and management style coupled with the variety of fast-track, high-profile projects in which he has been involved. At a former company which he co-founded, Mr. Moore was instrumental in leading the company to over $150M in annual revenues. This long tenure with one of the nation’s top abatement and demolition companies makes him an excellent asset to Precision Contracting.

ROBERT VALOUSKY, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Robert Valousky has been in the hazardous materials and demolition industry for over 25 years. His hands-on technical experience coupled with strong organizational and communication skills has enabled Mr. Valousky to oversee and manage various types of environmental remediation projects. He has extensive knowledge in all areas of the hazardous remediation field, including; lead abatement, PCB’s, mercury, Freon gas containerization and their disposal, as well as soil remediation and oily waste segregation disposal. Mr. Valousky’s vast experience in the abatement and demolition industry makes him the ideal person to coordinate and monitor day to day activities of all field personnel. He also uses his experience to help find ways to improve company efficiency and ensure client satisfaction.

SPENCER TAYLOR, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Spencer Taylor has over 20 years of construction industry experience in various roles including sales, operations management, project management, purchasing, scrap recovery and recycling. He played a key management role in the demolition and decommissioning of a former U.S. Steel plant in Vineyard, Utah. Mr. Taylor’s long experience in the industry and wide network of contacts amongst subcontractors, vendors and suppliers contribute to Precision’s ability to offer its clients the best means, methods and approach to any project.

FRANCISCO MEZA, FIELD MANAGER

Francisco Meza has been in the hazardous materials abatement and demolition industry since 1989. He has managed various types of demolition and environmental remediation projects and has extensive knowledge in all areas of the hazardous remediation field including asbestos abatement, lead abatement, PCB’s, mercury, Freon gas containerization and their disposal, as well as soil remediation and oily waste segregation disposal.

Over the last 15 years, Mr. Meza has become proficient in managing demolition projects ranging from major interior, full floor gut-outs to complete structural building demolition. He plays a crucial role in Precision’s operations through oversight of both prearranged and unannounced site inspections, onsite training, equipment evaluation, and documentation reviews. Mr. Meza directly coordinates the allocation of crews to Precision’s jobsites to ensure optimal manpower assignment and safe execution of each project. Mr. Meza is bilingual in Spanish and English.

DAVID HEATH, SAFETY MANAGER

David Heath has been in the hazardous materials abatement and demolition industry since 2003. He has managed various types of environmental remediation projects and has extensive knowledge in all areas of the hazardous remediation field including asbestos abatement, lead abatement, PCB’s, mercury, Freon gas containerization and their disposal, as well as soil remediation and oily waste segregation disposal.
